Atty Macon Miss States that, as Attorney for Stephen Nance he instituted suit against C. Nance Administrator on an open account for about the sum of three hundred $300.00 Dollars. for work done in 1865. That at the late term of Court the plaintiff was ruled to give Security for cost of suit within Sixty days, which he is unable to do. Asks that the matter be settled by the Bureau. 1.
