Respectfully returned to Geo. S. Smith Sub. Asst Comr with the information that the unpaid accounts of Mr. Ross will be paid; No Vouchers in favor of A.J. Simmons for transportation of Mr. Williams have even been received at this Office Vouchers in favor of Dan. H. Smith will be paid on next payment.
