Respectfully returned with proper blanks for Telegraph accounts and Vouchers for Services properly made up. If the March & April Vouchers are received [[crossed out]] forwarded [[/crossed out]] together [[crossed out]] in a reasonable time [[/crossed out]] on or before May 1st they will [[crossed out]] all [[/crossed out]] be paid [[crossed out]] in April [[/crossed out]] at once.

The left hand column (or date column) should always bear the date of the Voucher (see pencil marks) if for Services Rent &c the last date should be entered and if for purchase of Fuel or Requisition for same the first date should be issued.
