Complains of having been Discharged from the place 1867 after having rented it for ten years, was only allowed to stay 6 months, Case investigated found Abram had violated his contract in every way, I could not sustain him therefor he must leave

Complaint about his having stolen her clothes & selling them - Summon parties - Case investigated - clothes only being released at $8.00 - dollars by her self, I made him agree to pay her $6.00, $4 00, he paid down - the balance to be paid in a few days

Complaint about her husband living her & taking up with another woman, sent for Prince  he said it was so, but he could not se any harm in that, therefore I explained to him the penalty for such an offence, he then said, I dont want any trouble. I will go back with my old wife  old wife satisfied case dismissed.

Complaint that Mrs Jeter ordered her off the place & also threatened to shoot her if she did not go  Summon parties. Case investigated  Charlott ordered to remain, & ordered Mr Jeter to stop any further occurrences of the kind on the part of his wife promised to do so, by all means

37 Reuben Baker vs Green Reynolds Cold  May 26/68
Complaint that Green broke his contract & ordered him off the place & also put his things out of doors  Summon parties after close examination it is found that Baker has forfeited contract. Green is ordered back, in order to proceed with his crops, until the end of the year 1868
