Austin Supt &c for information as to whether Capt Flagg transferred any rolls to him and for any information he may have relation to this, and the accounts of James Bryant who he will please see and get his affidavit as to the time for which he claims to have pay due, as the time stated on the enclosed vouchers is wrong. Genl Brown not having had any employees during the time specified. Capt. Austin's attention is invited to the endorsement from this office of the 13th ult relative to the amount due Jas Bryant as shown by the copy of the transfer made by Genl Brown and Capt.
