This case was referred to Capt. S.P. Lee, Sub. Asst. Comr, on the 4th inst. with the following endorsement. "Respectfully referred to Capt. S.P. Lee, S.A. Comr, If the appeal to the U.S. Dist Court has been perfected the execution of the judgement is now suspended. If however by any delay or accident connected with the appeal, there is an attempt to execute the judgement, Capt. Lee will order the same to be suspended, and make report." Sg'd O. Brown Bvt.
