Respectfully returned to Genl. O. Brown Asst. Comr. with the information that the room in which Miss Howe has her school is in the building occupied by Revd G. S. Stockwell, Cor. of 13th and Broad Sts, in this city; it being the same room in which Mrs. Stockwell has had her night school, and the same concerning which you inquire - "How long has Miss Howe had her school in this room."

I would recommend that $5. per month be allowed for the rent of this room from April 1st and desire to recall my recommendation that rent should be allowed previous to that date.
