The within case was revived by Robt. Martin bringing suit against James White for recovery of the cow in Question. The parties appeared before Mr. Th. Woodward, J.P. at Crumps Cross Roads on Saturday, 4th inst, but he continued the case generally until the first Saturday in June on the ground that he preferred not to act in the case "as the same case had been heard before by other justices of the Peace."
