Respectfully returned to Colonel A.P. Ketchum, A.A.A.G. with the information that there are Four Cotton Factories in the immediate vicinity of Hoodburg & they are all about to stop work or work on half time. None of them know the parties herein spoken of, but several of them think it would be no harm for them to come on here as they can easily make more, than what they are now receiving from the Govt. and work may be resumed shortly.
