The within application for transportation for Mrs Palmetero and daughter is refused - First because the parties are not refugees, and second - because there is no certainty that they would cease to be a charge to the Govt should the transportation asked for be granted. Attention is invited to the endorsements of the Asst. Comr. for Maryland & Delaware.
