Cox of Loudoun, County, Va. was admitted to this asylum 16th inst in conformity with requirements of Sect's 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 & 27 - Chapt. 85 Code of 1860 - I concur in the opinion expressed by the court which tried him, and with the magistrates & examining board of Directors, who committed him to this institution - He is doubtless an insane man. - (sgd.)
