Brown, Asst Comr. with the information that the means of transportation at Yorktown consisted of 2 - 2 horse teams 1 Hospital ambulance and 2 horses - One 4 mule team and One 1 mule team, all unserviceable and which were all ordered turned in except the ambulance and 2 horses which should still remain at Yorktown.

Va. earnestly inviting attention to the within sworn statement of William Kennedy (Cold.) also to the within enclosure signed by many citizens of Henrico Co. in 3rd Magisterial Dist. complaining of the great injustice done them by the selection of Mr. Wade's House as the precinct where the voters are required to register to vote for the coming convention to form a state constitution.
