It will be noticed that the application in this case does not indicate in what way Stephen Jackson & wife expect to support themselves in Virginia should the transportation asked for be granted, nor does it appear that they have any friends who are able and willing to aid them.
Information desired as to whether or not these people will be able to support themselves so that they will not become a charge to the Govt.
