administrator under a bond of $2000 there was not money enough to pay the debts, and one of the women named in the codicil Carolina was sold for that purpose. Mr. Clark wound up the affairs of the estate as will appear by the records of the Henrico Co Court. No personal property came into the possession of Mr. Parker, the real estate came into the possession of his wife Louisa C. Parker.
The will appears to be a nulity by the fact of the previous deed disposing of the property.
The other woman Matilda, named in the Codicil as entitled to half the $150. now lives with Mr. Parker, is very old and infirm and says she is perfectly contented and needs no assistance.
