Remington, S.A.C. with the information that Mr. Foster (Attorney) under a power of Attorney from Peter Lewis succeeded in obtaining one hundred ($100) dollars signing a receipt in full in Lewis name. He now has the money subject to Lewis orders having notified him of the fact by letter on 7th June 1867 directing it to Francis Lewis in care of Mr. Crawley, Heathville, the address left by Peter Lewis.
