The woman who claims to be the widow of Samuel Pinner lives on Fox Lane in this city since receiving these papers I have investigated her claims which have been contested by Richard Pinner brother of deceased. He has not satisfactorily established the fact that Esther Pinner is not his brothers widow.
On the 31st May 1867, one Baker a claim agent of this city forwarded the claim, marriage certificate and other necessary papers of Esther Pinner in which she sets forth the facts of her being married to Samuel Pinner.
