Respectfully returned with report, that the freedmen have completed the frame work and nearly enclosed; a building for school purposes in the locality stated in the enclosed paper. They will not of themselves be able to finish it in time to be used for school purposes this winter. I would therefore respectfully recommend that the sum of three hundred dollars be furnished by the Bureau for the finishing of the house in time for the winter session of the school.
