Transcription Notes:
PLEASE DON't ADD ALL THE PERIODS IN THESE TRANSCRIPTIONS. THEY ARE DIFFERENT THAN PREVIOUS PAGES A FEW PAGES BACK. THIS NEW CLERK DOESN'T USE THE SAME PUNCTUATION AS THE FIRST CLERK. REMOVED EXTRA PUNCTUATION. ---------- Reopened for Editing 2024-07-07 20:27:44 ---------- Reopened for Editing 2024-07-11 12:24:14 Throughout the page, the order of things was incorrect. The letter is not addressed to the person in the left column (except a few instances). This part is not to be placed like you would put a person's name in a letter. It is a Reference (a name and letter number) connected to the letter, not to whom the letter is sent. *A LOT of mistakes on second page were fixed. Too many added periods, as well.
