Susan Berry was once an inmate of Howard Grove Hospital under Miss Colton & improved so much under care and treatment that she begs she may be again admitted. There is no Dispensary or Hospital here. Nothing but the Poorhouse. She lost her limb from Frost bite, while a slave. She would earn her board in Hospital, when her legs are healed.
