Received back Dec 10th 1867.

Respectfully returned. As the same accommodations are open to the within named colored woman which are provided for indigent whites I cannot consistently give an order for admission to Hospital. All Poor Houses are supposed to have some medical attendant. - I may add - that it was understood when this applicant left the Howards Grove Hospital that her family would support her.
