In case of their failure to do this. Col Ayre will provide for her and present the bill to the proper Civil Officers for settlement.
If they refuse to pay the amount the names of the delinquent officers will be furnished with full particulars.

Respectfully forwarded - the children named in the above papers are at Laurel. Ann Arm del Co Md, living with Mr. Kennedy and David A. Bunn, at the breaking up of the Farm School these boys were turned over to the Local Supt, D.C. and as this chance offered where they could earn their board and clothes, they were hired at that rate, but can be reached, at any time should the Bvt Brig Genl. Asst Comr D.C. conclude to send them to their mother.
