I have not been able to secure the person of Washington Hill, and - expecting soon to be relieved, do not think it proper for me to retain the Order any longer.-

This within named woman Betsey Crutchfield formerly in the County, near Richmond, she has a brother (Temple Robinson) living there, also, two sisters, and other relatives.~  They are able and willing to give this woman and children, all needed assistance, after

they get to them, and they will need no further assistance from the Government.~
After getting to Richmond, the will walk to where their relatives live.~
