I have the honor to report that the Keys of the school House built in this Sub District by Mr I I  Clougeon to whom the contract was awarded by the Sub Asst Commissioner were this day turned over to me and I would respectfully desire to know if preaching will be permitted in this Building as I have had an application from a Baptist Minister to preach in it on Sundays or whether it is to be used exclusively as a School House
