The Report of Officers and Enlisted Men was omitted in consequence of the Bvt Maj Norton being absent With leave since Oct 24th.

I would respectfully request that the money due T. H. Gougeon be forwarded through this office as Maj Norton has assumed part of the indebtedness for materials for building the school house
