Mary McElmore (freedwoman) complains at this office that Mark McElmore (freedman) has her daughter Sarah McElmore that he ill treats her and will not allow her to leave him  Also that the girl is under eighteen years of age - You will please investigate the matter or arrest the (freedman) and cause him to be sent to this office Respty
