Respectfully returned to Capt. Rainals with the remark that sub vouchers in the passage case is required. The voucher of John Lee should have been given by the A.A.Q.M. and the certificate should state that the fuel had been accounted for on his property return for that month. The total amount should be written on the face of the voucher.
The amount has not been entered in the voucher of B.J. Rush.
