This being the beginning of the month and the Schools being in operation, the lady teachers thereof will be respectfully requested to make out and forward their reports. Mar. 9 1866 Respectfully returned to Capt. Rainals with the remark that sub vouchers in the passage case is required. The voucher of John Lee should have been given by the A.A.Q.M. and the certificate should state that the fuel had been accounted for on his property return for that month.
