Nichols 3rd Aud Off Treasury Dept Washington D.C. dated Oct 23rd 1866 recommending to the consideration of the Asst Commr District of Columbia the case of Mrs. E. Marshall who resides near Bladensburg Md and who desires to obtain her former Slave Harriet Windham and her (2) Two Children  asks that transportation be furnished from Enterprise Miss to Bladensburg Md.
