We, Clarence Palmer and Sandy Washington, of Charleston parish or county of Charleston and State of South Carolina do solemnly swear that we are neighbors of Gabriel Tolbott son of Westmore Tolbott deceased and have been well acquainted with him for 10 years and ___ years respectively; that he is the identical Gabriel Tolbott that he represents himself to be, and that the said Westmore Tolbott, was drowned, who enlisted in the military service of the United States and served in Company D, 34 Regiment U.S.C.T. and that we are not, jointly or severally, directly or indirectly, interested in any claim which the said Gabriel Tolbott has or may have against the United States.
