In reply to your letter of the 27th inst I can give you no information in regard to whether you are entitled to bounty under the Act of March 3. 1873 - The proper person to apply to is the "Second Auditor of the Treasury" - Washington D.C. from whom you will - if you address him, receive the information you desire
