Before replying definitely to your letter of the 6th inst, I shall write to the Authorities at Washington, for specific instructions regarding the case of Milburn Wordier. As soon as I am informed I will write you. In the meantime obtain all the facts you can. No expense will attend except the cost of swearing in the affidavits before a local justice
