I respectfully submit the following cases of claimants and ask instructions in reference to 
them. Patience Hord, this claimant named in treasury certificate No. 589293, is dead, and an administratrix claims the amount due. Am I authorized to pay the administratrix?

Certificate No 583416 was issued in favor of Melvina & Martha Chandler as first claimants since the issue of the certificate, Melvina has died. Am I authorized to pay the whole amount of the certificate or any part of it to Martha Chandler.
