I will pay you at this place or Cairo, which ever you prefer. I do not require the identifying witnesses to be present but their credibility must be certified to under seal, so Blank form of Affidavits over this Magistrates Signatures, herewith Enclosed.

I must have evidence that you are the person that was before the Magistrate for identification and that evidence I probably have with me. After the first of April and until the 25th I should be absent from here for payment elsewhere.
