Have with you at the place of payment the affidavits of two (2) credible witnesses whose credibility is certified to under the Seal of an officer who is authorized to use a Seal, to aid in establishing identity. 
You can be paid at the place at this place or Cairo whichever you prefer- at this place any time you may come or at Cairo at a time to be timely notified. 
Enquire at the Post Office in Cairo for the place of payment in Cairo.
Please answer this message without delay and state where you wish to be paid.
