Howe 4th Art'y Disbursing Officer Louisville Ky, to whom funds in this case were sent February 10, 1873 and who - if payment has not already been made - will deposit the amount ($353.69) in the Designated Depository of the U.S. at Louisville Ky. to the credit of the United States, and forward original certificate of deposit to the Secretary of the  Treasury thro' this office.
