Notice.
Colored Soldiers and Sailors.
All Colored Soldiers or Sailors, or their Legal Representatives,
Who have received notice from the Treasury Department that certificates have been issued in settlement of their
Claims for Pay, Bounty, Prize Money, &c.,
and who have not received the amounts due them, are directed, in order to speedy payment of the same by this Office, and
Without further expense by Claimants,
to send their Names, with Post Office Address, to the Adjutant General U. S. Army, Washington, D. C.
They should also state in
What Company and Regiment the service was rendered.
