Dear Sir 
I am the widow of Phillip Foster late of Co (C) 16 U.S.C.T. my attorney J.H. Lowry was informed from Washington sometime since that my bounty would be immediately forwarded to you for payment at the same time he was informed that the bounty due the brother and sisters of George Russell Co (C) 16th U.S.C.T. would be forwarded to you which you here have, However mine, and shall I meet you at B. Green on the 24th Inst, at the time you have written Russell's to be there for payment
