NARA 489 Disbursing Officer, F.B. A.G.O. Louisville, Ky. June 7th, 1873. General, I respectfully enclose, herewith, a Copy of a letter addressed to four of the principal Coal dealers in the City, my seeking their [[?]] for furnishing fuel to this Office and their several answers. There not being capacity in the Coal room of this Office to receive the supply needed, I made a contract (with bond) with Deppold, Sons and Goose for its supply and delivery, which I enclose herewith, with a Bill of purchase of the fuel, for your approval or disapproval.
