BOND.

Know all men by these Presents, that we, Wm A Waller & B.H. McGill of the county of Jefferson and State of Kentucky are held and firmly bound unto the United States of America in the sum of One Hundred and Fifty dollars, lawful money of the said United States, to be paid to the said United States, for which payment, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves and each of us, our and each of our heir executors, and administrators, for and in the whole, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents, sealed with our seals, dated the 7th day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy three.

The condition of this Obligation is such, that if the above bounden Deppold, Sons and Goose their heirs, executors, or administrators, or any of them, shall and do in all things, well and truly observe, perform, fulfill, accomplish, and keep all and singular the covenants, conditions and agreements whatsoever, which, one the part and behalf of the said Deppold, Sons and Goose concerning the supply and delivery of twelve (12) tons Pittsburgh Coal and One and a half (1 1/2) cords of kindling Wood according to the true intent, meaning and purport of the said articles of agreement or contract, then the above obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
