The said John Munday is over 21 years of age, his wife the said Sally is not yet 21 years old. How shall she draw her part of said bounty? She has no guardian [[strikeout]] except for [[/strikeout]] now

Her husband will [[strikeout]] [illegible] [[/strikeout]] unite with her in drawing the money if the Department will so authorize, &  direct the Paymaster to pay it over to him &  her.
