Enclosed please find Form No 33. in case of Charles Singleton Dec'd, Co L 9th Reg.

I have just received notice of the allowance to Peter Singleton & Mrs. Rebecca Singleton of the $100 Bounty due their son Geo. Singleton of Co "A" 100 Reg U.S.C.T. also to Peter Singleton, of Back Pay--  Peter Singleton the father is in very delicate health, and almost totally unable to go to Lexington to draw the pay.  Can it not be arranged so that the mother Rebecca Singleton can receipt for her husband and draw it, could he not give her a Power -
of Attorney so to do, or someone else-

I suppose you have advices of the last allowance, please send the necessary blanks to they can make one trip do for both cases.
