copy of the letters of the newly appointed guardian, with evidence of the death or discharge of the former guardian, should be submitted to the Second Auditor for his action, to be reported to this office for confirmation or disapproval. 

In many cases a properly certified copy of the order of court appointing a new guardian will furnish sufficient evidence of the discharge of the former guardian.
