I suppose for hush money. he tells her that she is too old to draw any more it is at her request that I write to learn how much Mr. Blair drew for her and if she can draw any more. I have under taken to see into the matter for her and be very thankful for your acquiescence in the matter besides she would be willing to pay you liberally out of the money. according to his own figures he has paid over to the negro only about $73.00 & only acknowledges having drawn about $100.00 will you please be so kind as to examine the account & see the amt that has been drawn for her. She says if he has made any but the one draw it was without her knowledge or consent, & she believes that he not only drew more money than the one hundred dollars but has since been drawing & making use of the money-please let me hear from you as early as convenient and give all the information that you can and [[ofli?]] Yours truly,
