Captain:
In view of the uncertainty in regard to appropriations for continuing the work of collection and payment of bounties to colored soldiers, sailors, &c, after June 30th instant, the Secretary of War directs - that the following arrangements be made. You will transfer on the 27th instant to the Assistant Adjutant General, Department of the South, Atlanta, Georgia, your office records and books; the furniture to be stored at the Jeffersonville Depot until further orders. 

Your clerk and Janitor will stand
