It can be either C.T. (Colored Troops) or C.I. (Colored Infantry) - There is no "C.J." On this document it is "C.T." When in doubt compare with other letters - here you can see the writer's "J" in "June" and "James" - the "J" looks nothing like the "T" for Troops
