Taylor Bright, "B" Co., 116" Reg't U.S.C. T's was born in Lincoln Ky., was enlisted the 2" day of July, 1864, at Camp Nelson Ky, by J. C. Randolph and was mustered in the 5" day of July, 1864, at Camp Nelson Ky, by Capt. Kinney, for 3 years. 
At the time of enlistment he was Thirty five years old and 6 feet - inches high, Black complexion, Black eyes, Black hair, and by occupation a Farmer. He was discharged [[strikethrough]](or died) [[/strikethrough]] 7" day of Oct., 1866, at Greenville La., 
Capt I. H. Evans was commanding officer, and Harrison Shelby first sergeant at time of soldier's Discharge. The following are the names of one or more of his company who enlisted at or about the same time and place: William Ballard enlisted, 2" day of July 1864, and Alfred Williams enlisted 2" day of July, 1864.
