Drake First Sergeant Richard Wait Enlisted about the same time and place. REMARKS. Slave of Mrs. Covington, Madison Co. Ky. when enlisted. In Hospital some months before Richmond was taken. On duty most of the time as Wagoner Sergt. Isom Elliott. Mustered out with Cos. Pvt. Joseph Cowan, Died in Sumner in 1866. Pvt. Willis Wait, Deserted at Redmond's Ranche summer of 1866. Witness on applic'n were Joseph & Samuel Fields.
