George Page, Private Co. "C" 12th Reg't U.S.C.H.A. was born in Adair Co Ky, was enlisted the 23rd day of July, 1864, at Camp Nelson Ky, by J.C. Randolph, and was mustered in the 25th day of July, 1864, at Camp Nelson Ky, by Capt Kinney, for 3 years.
At the time of enlistment he was 20 years old, and 5 feet 8 inches high, black complexion, black eyes, black hair and by occupation a Farmer. He [[strikethrough]] was discharged (or [[/strikethrough]]died) 2nd day of March, 1864, at St. Louis Mo. Capt. John M. Hurt was commanding officer and Samuel Huggin first sergeant at time of soldier's death.[[strikethrough]] The following are the names of one or more of his company who enlisted at or about the same time and place:___enlisted___day of ___186_,and ___enlisted___day of___,186_.[[/strikethrough]]

Joined Company as a Recruit. On M rolls for Sept. Oct. November & Dec 1865 l. he is reported "absent sick" at Bowling Green since Sept 1st 1865” On M.R. for Jany & Feby ‘66 he is reported “absent sick in Hospt St Louis Mg”

Slave of Washington Page 4th Dist Ky. On Muster Out Roll of Company dated at Louisville Ky April 24th 1866 he is reported as “Died at St Louis Mg March 2nd 1866”xxx No record of principal musicians Kam Burton & Martin  Riley. "Company "Musicians"
