Ham Rudy, Pvt. B Co., 118 Regt. U. S. C. T was born in Mason Ky., was enlisted the 23 day of August, 1864, at Owensboro Ky by Capt. JA Grisson, and was mustered in the 25 day of August, 1864, at Owensboro Ky, by Capt Grisson, for 3 years. At the time of enlistment he was 21 years old, and 5 feet 3 inches in height. He was discharged [[strikethrough]] (or died) [[/strikethrough]] 6 day of February, 1866, at White's Ranch, Texas Capt John A Philbrook was commanding officer, and William Breckenridge First Sergeant at time of soldiers discharge. The following are the names of one or more of his company who enlisted at or about the same time and place: William Rudy enlisted 23 day of August, 1864, and Jackson Rudy enlisted 23 day of August, 1864.
