REMARKS.

Was a slave of John Reedy of Henderson Ky. at the time of Enlistment
Was in Hospital from March 1865 (at Fort Monroe, Point of Rocks and Baltimore) until time of discharge. Discharged on Surgeons Certificate because of Paralasis in the right Side. Made a Corporal in November 1864.
