Clem Goodwin Pvt., "C" Co., 13th Regt. U.S.C.A. (Hy) was born in Christian Co. Kentucky, was enlisted the 1st day of February, 1865, at Paducah Ky, by Capt Morgan, and was mustered in the 27th day of February, 1865, at Paducah Ky, by Capt Morgan, for 3 years. At the time of enlistment he was 48 years old, and 5 feet 5 inches in height. He [[strikethrough]] was discharged (or [[/strikethrough]] died) 19 day of June, 1865, at Smithland Ky; Capt Wm Botimer was commanding officer, and Charles Mason First Sergeant at time of soldiers death. The following are the names of one or more of his company who enlisted at or about same time and place: Benjamin Allison enlisted 1 day of February, 1865, and Reuben Baker enlisted 1 day of February, 1865.
